  • Provide comprehensive support to our Aftersales Department.
  • Interact with customers in person and over the phone, accurately recording their needs.
  • Book vehicles into our workshop and arrange service loan vehicles.
  • Produce customer invoices and process warranty claims.
  • Assist in our Parts Department operations.
The ideal Aftersales Administrator will:
