Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in Telford. This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to make a positive impact on students' lives.

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them manage their behaviour and build positive relationships
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Develop and implement individualised behaviour management plans
• Use de-escalation techniques and other strategies to help students achieve their goals
• Support the academic and social development of students with SEN

• Proven experience working with students with SEN
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with children
