The Role:The firm is seeking an experienced Care Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their thriving Family Law department. You'll take over an existing caseload of public law children matters and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of care proceedings and other public law children matters
  • Representing parents, guardians, and children in care proceedings
  • Attending court and advocating where appropriate
  • Working closely with colleagues and support staff in a collaborative environment

About You:

  • 3+ years' PQE in Family Law with a focus on public law/child care matters
  • Member of the Children Panel or a strong desire to work towards accreditation
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • A team player with a supportive and proactive attitude
