- Process RFQs
- Prioritise loading of RFQs onto EFACS and Salesforce
- Provide accurate costings for customer RFQs
- Liaise with all business functions to secure accurate data
- Raise Price Reqs and support tickets as and when required
- Apply smart pricing to all quotations
- Maintain agreed GM% in line with business strategy
- Process Customer Order
- Prioritise loading of customer orders onto EFACs and Salesforce
- Process order acknowledgements for the Sales team
- Manage customer expectations through all applicable stages of the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations and orders
- Maintain good customer relationship
- Maintain accurate records of all customer communications
- Support the sales inbox and telephone queries
- Resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Communicate customer feedback to Account Managers
- Manage Tasks and Priorities
- Assist the Internal Sales Manager in terms or reporting, data analysis and day to day management to ensure that KPIs are achieved
- Support the day-to-day management of Q2O in order to achieve set KPIs
- Management of applicable departmental SOPs
- Participate in cross-functional teams to aid with problem solving and internal development.
- Actively participate in companywide projects as required
- Experience working in a similar sales role
- Experience putting together accurate quotes from RFQs within a manufacturing business Â
