Your new companyHays are working with an established business who are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team asap to cover maternity leave for 10 months + The role ia part time, c 9am - 3pm 5 days per week but the business is very flexible on this Your new roleYou will be working closely alongside another team member and the FC and your duties will include
Monthly end process to Trial Balance
Accruals
Prepayment
Journal preparation and processing
Stock valuation
Bank reconciliations (GBP, EUR and USD)
Cashflow management
Expenses processing for payroll
Overhead expenses reporting and review
Assistance with auditors through year end
Credit Insurance
Customer profitability
Quarterly VAT returns
