NonStop Care are looking for a dynamic Children & Young People Support Worker to join our team in Telford. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with young people, support foster carers, and be part of a dedicated, creative, and enthusiastic team.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a Role Model & Mentor: Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to children and young people in your care, helping them reach their full potential.

  • Engage & Support: Work one-on-one with young people through activities, outings, and school visits, helping them thrive and enjoy positive experiences.
  • Plan Fun & Creative Activities: Organize and participate in exciting activity days for foster families and young people, creating memories that last a lifetime.
  • Support Foster Carers: Offer practical assistance and guidance to foster carers, helping to create a nurturing, stable home environment.
  • Inspire Others: Attend events to inspire prospective foster carers and visit new fostering households, spreading the word about fostering.
