Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for our client in Telford for an Experienced Panel Wirer

This is an exciting new role for a Experienced Panel Wirer to join a well-established manufacturing company.

Hours of work:

Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm

Friday 8am - 1:30pm

Pay

£27,450 - £28,068 dependent on competency

Description and key responsibilities as a Experienced Panel Wirer:

  • Fitting and wiring electrical components within sheet metal enclosures/ panel boards/ switch boards
  • Wiring Components through schematics (Essential)
  • Fitting electrical components to chassis plates and external covers
  • Fitting copper busbar systems

Qualifications and skills required as an Experienced Panel Wirer

  • Wiring experience from schematic drawings
  • Machine wiring/fitting electrical components
  • Understanding of electrical testing
  • Use of initiative and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills
  • Speed and Accuracy
  • Flexibility
  • Able to work as part of a team but also to work alone
  • Willingness to learn and progress
