NQ Private Client Solicitor.Location: TelfordHours: 35Hourly Pay / Salary: Competitive I am looking for a NQ Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive or a suitability qualified and experienced individual to join a growing Wills and Probate TeamPrimarily based at the Telford Office but some expectation to travel in-between offices across Shropshire.

This is an office-based role.

A Motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, undertaking probate and Court of Protection applications is sought. You will be expected to run your own case load of matters and should enjoy working to and achieving deadlines within a busy office environment. You will be capable of dealing with clients who are often in stressful situations, professionals and other third parties to provide an excellent service and have a willingness to take part in business generation and development. In addition, you must also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct and of the Money Laundering Regulations. Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential. The successful candidate will be proficient with MS Office, experience using a case management system is ideal but not essential. This role requires exceptional file management skills with a high level of attention to detail. Being able to work as part of a team and good communication skills are essential.
