About the Role:
- Provide expert advice on probate matters, including obtaining grants of probate, preparing tax forms, managing probate accounts, and administering estates
- Utilise legal case management systems to efficiently complete client matters
- Participate in business development initiatives to support departmental and company growth
About You:
- A minimum of 3+ years PQE in Probate and Trusts
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent client care and communication abilities, with a talent for building lasting relationships
