About you:? • Possess a comprehensive understanding of UK healthcare and the challenges customers face, with the ability to demonstrate the value of Access solutions.• Understand both the broader business issues of customers and the detailed technical implementation required by projects.• Communicate engagingly with prospects in person and via video conferencing, translating complex business requirements into workable technical solutions.• Have a proven track record in software implementation, pre-sales, or sales, with the ability to overcome technical and business process challenges, build strategic internal relationships, and be creative in finding customer solutions.Day-to-day, you will:? • Translate client business requirements into system solutions, configure software for specific needs, modify software for proof of concept, and create customized workflows using the Access technology stack.• Prepare datasets and databases to demonstrate client-specific concepts, manage demonstration environments, and actively contribute to formal bid and tender responses.• Provide technical and industry knowledge in sales meetings, support sales and marketing teams at events, seminars, and webinars, and create video content for the digital sales strategy.• Educate the sales team on new product enhancements, lead discovery processes for customer demonstrations, and collaborate with product and development teams to address industry and customer challenges.? Your skills and experiences might also include:?? • Previous experience in pre-sales, senior sales, or implementation roles, with contributions to competitive tenders in the public sector, ideally in health.• Demonstrated integrity, loyalty, and honesty, with the ability to engage key stakeholders across various roles and seniority levels within prospect organizations.• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable customer-facing collateral.• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, manage demanding workloads, prioritize tasks under pressure, and commit to self-development and lifelong learning.What are we all about??
