As Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
- Supervising and managing the team of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers.
- Ensuring adequate staff coverage at all times for the efficient and safe running of the home.
- Identifying and reporting any deficits in care and staff training needs.
- Providing training to staff as required.
- Role modelling excellence for staff and acting as a key worker for young people in the home.
- Ensuring the care and well-being of the young people is maintained at the highest level at all times.
As Deputy Manager, you will receive:
- An hourly rate of 13.50.
