The Person

As the Site HSE Manager, you'll play a critical role in defining and delivering a proactive HSE strategy that aligns with both operational goals as well as group and regulatory standards. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implementing sustainable solutions that not only ensure compliance but also enhance productivity and employee wellbeing.

From rolling out HSE initiatives and safety audits to championing a safety-first culture, you'll be at the heart of their commitment to excellence. You will develop, implement, and continually improve HSE policies and procedures while leading and mentoring a team to foster a culture of accountability and safety ownership.

The Person

With NEBSOH certification and proven experience in HSE management within a medium to high-volume manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive sector, the HSE Manager will adopt a hands-on approach to the role. Being a key influencer, capable of inspiring a safety-focused culture at every level you will ensure full compliance with UK HSE legislation, industry best practices, and company-specific standards.
