What You Will Do:

• Participate in Senior Management and Leadership meetings, contributing to strategic decisions and reporting on division performance.
• Manage key relationships, to ensure a close working relationships with vendors, suppliers and customers
• Oversee the management of key suppliers and ensure technical expertise is available within the business for project consultation.
• Lead the division towards meeting the overall growth targets of the company through strategic planning and execution.
• Strategically manage and develop the business units within the Metrology Division, including CMM Inspection Products, Inspection Services.

What You Will Bring:

• A commercial and technical background, preferably within the metrology or a related field but not essential
• Proven experience in managing teams, departments, and budgets effectively.
• You must have a good commercial awareness or sales, key account management and general business management.
• Experience managing small, specialised teams within engineering or inspection
• A minimum of HNC qualification or equivalent, or proven experience in a similar managerial role.

You will have current or previous experience as Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager, Commercial Manage.
