We are looking for Young Person Support Workers to join the Prospero Health and Social Care team in Birmingham. At Prospero Health and Social Care, a work-finding service, we provide cover to a range of services across the Midlands area. We are looking for Support Worker who have strong behaviour management skills and are passionate about providing person centred care.


This role offers the opportunity to support an incredibly valuable service covering with days and nights available.

As a part of this role, you need to be dedicated to empowering individuals, enabling them to boost their self-confidence and develop their life skills and healthy relationships.

We are looking for support workers who are fully committed to proving the highest standard of support with great self-reward. The successful candidates will have to have experience of working with Children and Young People.

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (Preferred).
  • At least 12 months experience working with children or young adults in the UK (essential).

  • Full, UK driving licence (essential).
