£70-85,000 + 10% Bonus + Hybrid Working + Pension + 25 days Holiday

The Opportunity:

We are now looking for HR Director who can engage across the business to get it really humming! As a senior leader, the whole business is your team and they are all your people so we are looking for someone who really cares!

  • Shape a fantastic culture and seamlessly blend in a people strategy to drive success.
  • Understand the leadership skills of established and evolving leaders. Provide coaching to upskill mindsets, confidence and capabilities.
  • Embed great practice such as career development plans for every person to support their future success and engagement with the business. Back this up with access to learning to support individual needs.
  • Make our future vision reality - e.g. help identify future talent shortages or succession planning and take proactive steps now to address these future challenges.
  • Proactive Talent Management - from designing and executing great hiring processes, onboarding, career management, through to a classy exit. How can feedback help us improve our approach?
  • Manage and develop our employee communication to help people feel informed, listened to, and valued whilst encouraging and harnessing their ideas to benefit our business’s development.
  • Ensure effective, efficient, legally compliant HR processes and lead on Employee Relations cases.
