PageGroup are delighted to support a successful Food Manufacturing organisation based in Telford with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy site.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office based working.

Description

The role of HR Advisor reports to a Regional HR Manager and acts as the first point of contact for all generalist HR matters at this busy manufacturing site in Telford.

Working closely with the Operational Managers, your role will include but not limited to:

  • Provide expert HR advice to managers and team members
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Identify and analyse HR metrics to inform business decisions
  • Support with Recruitment and on boarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure all staff are trained appropriately
  • Assist with HR projects
