Recsure Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring that our human resources practices align with the organisation's goals. This position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in HRIS systems, including Workday, Salesforce, Taleo, and PeopleSoft. The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

*Duties*

- Provide comprehensive support for HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

- Maintain accurate employee records and data entry within HRIS systems.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment purposes.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and improve workplace dynamics.

- Generate reports and analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making processes.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience in a human resources role or similar administrative position.

- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, Salesforce, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous.

- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
