You will learn huge amounts,you’ll be working for a brilliant HR manager on site with lots happening!

The key focus of this HR Advisor role is to provide a full HR Advisory service

On a day to day basis as the HR Advisor you will -

  • Provide a full generalist HR service to the business including succession planning, engagement, performance management, there is lot to do here, including managing long term sickness and liaising with occupational health.

  • Manage Employee Relations issues, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management issues, absence.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers and help them become better managers, more confident, more empowered.

  • Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures

  • Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required

  • This role also involves managing inductions, working closely with hiring managers on recruitment issues, probation reviews.

  • Analyse and compile management information

  • Identify opportunities for change and improvement

  • This is an exciting and hugely varied role!

Skills needed:

  • You willhave worked in a fast-paced environment and skilled in all generalist areas of HR supporting a sizable numbers.

  • Extensive employee relations experience, managing high case numbers is essential.

As the HR Advisor you will need to demonstrate strong HR experience of hands-on HR and ER advising, within a fast-paced environment.
