- Installation and preparation of new IT Hardware & Infrastructure.
- Management of call queue.
- Maintain asset register.
- Working at 1st or 2nd line capability with escalation to 3rd line team if necessary.
- Perform software rebuilds of laptops and PC’s where needed.
- Working with the Microsoft suite of products including MS Teams.
- A customer first approach.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Knowledge of Apple products, such as IPads.
- Some server experience – 2016 & 2019.
- Problem solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
- Great communication skills – written and verbal.
