IT Administrator – Four Squared RecruitmentTelford, with travel to Worcestershire offices, where required. Our client, a well-established law firm with multiple offices across the region, is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to provide vital IT support in a fast-paced professional services environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal users through various communication channels.
  • Manage and prioritise digital support workflows to ensure key deadlines and service levels are met.
  • Adhere to relevant policies, compliance requirements, and data protection legislation, following appropriate escalation procedures.
  • Conduct basic data analysis using appropriate digital tools.
  • Maintain data security by applying firm policies and ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, including the development and enhancement of software and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues using the appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage expectations, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Keep up to date with technological advancements and undertake continuous professional development (CPD).
  • Document IT actions and resolutions to ensure clear audit trails and issue tracking.
  • Identify and take appropriate action when application problems arise.

Person Specification:Skills & Experience:
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including experience with Microsoft Office and an understanding of IT developments, compliance, and relevant legislation.
  • Experience in data entry and text processing with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
