Job Title: IT Support Administrator Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Location: Telford (Onsite) Our client is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an IT Support Systems Administrator to join their Telford office. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, this role involves managing the IT network for the business. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Perform daily checks to ensure the availability of all network and server resources. 
  • Review system and application logs, verifying backups and scheduled jobs. 
  • Maintain and administer computer networks, hardware, and systems software. 
  • Support and lead projects. 
  • Install and manage operating systems, patches, and upgrades. 
  • Conduct regular security checks and implement appropriate measures. 
  • Manage security, GDPR, and PCI compliance requirements. 
  • Provide ad-hoc IT support to meet business needs. 
The Candidate: 
  • Strong networking knowledge. 
  • Experience with Active Directory  
  • Expertise in Windows, configuration, and troubleshooting. 
  • Familiarity with anti-virus and RMM solutions. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure (desirable). 
  • Proven planning and organisational skills.
