Mon-Thurs - 8:30 - 17:00 and Friday 8:30 - 16:30
Salary up to Circa £45k per annum
Prince are working with a well-established FMCG business located in Telford. This business is going through an exciting time where they are on a journey to develop and improve their existing, as well as build new systems across the business to coincide with developments in technology and the increasing importance and quantity data.
As the Systems Developer you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of custom-built systems as well as developing processes and workflows.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing, creating and implementing systems in line with business strategy and goals
- Improving and re-designing existing business systems
- Integrating business systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Maintaining and supporting the various databases and platforms across the business
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a software developer and/or systems developer role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong knowledge and ability in using various programming languages (such as HTML, Javascript, PHP, Python, PowerShell, VBA, VB Scripts, DAX, SQL etc)
- Knowledge of both front and back-end web systems
