Job Title: On-Site Fitter
Location: Telford, UK
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced On-Site Fitter to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven experience in the installation of security shutter doors, automatic doors, and roller shutter doors. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install security shutter doors, automatic doors, and roller shutter doors at various client locations.
- Ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installing security shutter doors, automatic doors, and roller shutter doors.
- Strong engineering background.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
Working Hours:
- 45 hours per week
- Monday to Saturday
