Job summary for a MouldingOperative:
Carry out production tasks in a safe manner to achieve your targets (Quality, delivery, cost and efficiency) while operating within the Company policies and procedures.
Always personally set a good example of behaviour and commitment to the company.
Key roles of a MouldingOperative:
- Loading mould tools
- Loading oven
- Trimming finished product
- Routing joint line
- Basic tool frame and oven maintenance
Requirements of a MouldingOperative
Skills:Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail.
Physical Stamina:Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
Safety Awareness:A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to safety guidelines.
Team Player:Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
