Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor

Basic starts from £24,000 plus uncapped bonus

Telford Region

Our client based in Telford is a fast-growing commercial insurance company specialising in Motor, fleet and Haulage products. They are looking to recruit for a Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor to join their growing team. The suitable candidate will preferably have previous Insurance and sales experience.

Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain relevant information and fact find/s to negotiate and secure new business.
  • Calculating and delivering new business premiums to brokers.
  • Cross-selling a portfolio of products relevant to the clients needs.
  • Processing mid-term adjustments for existing live clients/policies.
  • Initiate and build ongoing relationships with clients and insurers.

Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor requirements:

  • Previous Insurance experience specifically Motor, Fleet, Haulage is advantageous.
  • Previous Sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable making sales calls.
  • Database management.
  • Pro-Active out of the box thinker who is creative in their approach to lead acquisition

Benefits

  • 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays) with 1 day increase per year to 28 days.
  • Weekdays only
  • Hybrid/Remote working options may be an option (after probation)
