- Proactively develop new business opportunities within commercial insurance
- Follow up on warm leads provided
- Build and manage strong client relationships across the UK
- Conduct meetings virtually or in-person, as needed
- Collaborate closely with the manager and wider team to hit sales goals
- Accurately track activity and performance using company-provided systems
- Basic Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 DOE
- Commission: 30% commission on all business brought in over £4,000 per month
- Remote Working: Fully remote, UK-based role
- Tools Provided: Company laptop and phone supplied
