My client is looking for a Data Scientist for a 12-month remote contract, with the possibility of extension.
Candidates should have strong experience in timeseries and computer vision modeling, along with a background in engineering, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals.
The role requires proven experience using Python and various libraries, as well as data engineering skills, preferably with AWS experience.
A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Statistics is desirable, along with knowledge of reinforcement learning.

Data Scientist - 12 Months - Fully remote - Outside IR35 My client is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join the team on a 12-month contract with the potential for extension. This project is in the manufacturing space so working on projects that are dealing with physical world data is important. Essential Skills:

Strong experience on timeseries and computer vision modelling.
Engineering, manufacturing or pharmaceutical and pragmatic problem-solving background
Strong communication skills for internal & external stakeholders
Data engineering (pipelines, databases, infrastructure), ideally with AWS experience would be an advantage
Proven experience as a data scientist using Python and a range of libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib, Plotly etc.).

Desirable Skills:

Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field desirable.
Reinforcement learning (i.e., data-driven modelling + control optimisation) desirable
