We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at least 3 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse client base with a variety of dispute resolution matters. This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days from home), onsite parking, high-quality work and excellent career progression opportunities. Job Details and Benefits:

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to debt recovery and dispute resolution strategies.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, statements of case, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analyse case law to support litigation strategies.
  • Represent clients in court and other dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
What we need from you:
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial disputes, debt recovery, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
