We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at 2 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse Commercial Property client base across both the UK and internationally. Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on commercial property transactions, agricultural land management, and development projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party referrers.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including commercial property transactions, agricultural land management, and development projects.
  • Collaborate with other teams on joint projects to enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department.
  • Workload: Acquisitions and disposals, Option agreements, Residential or commercial estate development, Planning obligations, Overage, Landlords, Asset management, Tenants, Acquisitions and disposals.
 What we need from you:
  • At least 2 years PQE.
  • Skills: Previous experience handling a caseload of Commercial Property cases.
  • Passion for business development
  • Proficiency: Excellent IT, client care, and communication skills
