A highly regarded and modern law firm based in Telford is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Family Lawyer / CILEX Paralegal (NQ upwards) to join its Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing team while providing expert family law services to a wide range of clients.
The Role
As a Family Lawyer / CILEX Paralegal, you will manage your own caseload of family law matters, including financial settlements and private law child applications. The role involves working in a busy office environment where deadlines need to be met while ensuring clients receive exceptional service. You will interact with clients, professionals, and third parties, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
This role would particularly suit:
- A solicitor, CILEX-qualified professional, or paralegal with experience in family law (NQ upwards).
- Someone with experience in financial settlements and private law child applications.
- A professional with strong communication, organisational, and IT skills, and an understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct and Money Laundering Regulations.
- A detail-oriented individual with excellent case and file management skills.
Key Responsibilities
