Role: Private Family Solicitor

Salary: 40,000-60,000
A prominent Legal 500 firm regional firm on the lookout for a skilled Family Solicitor to enhance its esteemed Family team. This is a distinctive opportunity to engage with one of the firm's standout teams, focusing solely on privately funded cases. You must have at least 2 years post qualification experience.
The Position:
You will have the chance to manage a diverse array of intricate cases involving medium to high-net-worth clients, delivering expert legal counsel and representation.
Key Duties:
- Overseeing a variety of family law matters, such as divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, financial
disputes and resolutions, cohabitation agreements and conflicts, child arrangements and disputes, rights concerning children, child abduction and adoption cases, non-molestation and occupation orders, while
offering necessary technical expertise.
- Managing an exclusively private caseload, with no involvement in publicly funded cases.
- Mentoring and assisting fellow team members.
- Aiding in the organisation and support of business development initiatives and events
About you:
- A qualified solicitor with 2 to 5 years' PQE in family law.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cases for medium to high-net-worth clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong client relationship management abilities to provide a high level of care.
- A professional, motivated, and detail-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic and supportive setting.
