About the Role:

My client is seeking a skilled and proactive Solicitor to handle a diverse range of Family and matrimonial matters. You will be managing a wholly private caseload, including:

  • Divorce and financial disputes
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation disputes/agreements
  • Child arrangements and disputes, including grandparents' rights
  • Child abduction/adoption cases
  • Non-molestation and occupation orders

You'll also provide guidance and technical expertise to colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives.

To be considered:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years of PQE
  • Strong technical skills in Family Law
  • A team player with excellent professional judgement and a client-focused approach
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage a large caseload effectively
  • Commercial awareness and the drive to support the firm’s growth
