We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at least 3 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse client base with a variety of dispute resolution matters. This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days from home), onsite parking, high-quality work and excellent career progression opportunities. Job Details and Benefits:

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload involving disputes related to a full spectrum of professional negligence matters, contractual claims including insurance disputes, corporate governance, Director/Shareholder cases and more.
  • Represent clients in appropriate court hearings and alternative dispute resolution forums.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Draft and file legal documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to business development efforts.
What we need from you:
  • At least 3 years PQE.
  • Previous experience handling a caseload of professional negligence, breach of contract or agricultural disputes.
  • You will need to possess excellent technical skills, along with relevant experience across all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.
  • Outstanding communication skills are essential, together with a strong client service ethic. The successful applicant will be keen to take a proactive approach to business development.
