Continuous Improvement Engineer
Salary: £42,000 - £46,000
Shift: Monday to Friday - Days - 8:30-17:00
Location: Telford, Shropshire
A leading UK manufacturing business is now looking to recruit a continuous improvement engineer to support the engineering and manufacturing departments to achieve greater efficiencies across the plant. The successful CI engineer will have an interest in machine improvements, Root cause analysis and implementing change. The engineer will be tasked with assessing machinery, reading diagrams, and planning/executing improvement projects. This is a great opportunity for a forward thinking engineering profession
Skills required for Continuous Improvement Engineer:
- TPM / Lean Manufacturing/ CI experience
- Worked in a manufacturing business previously
- Leadership Experience
- Understanding and practical experience with 6 Sigma, Kaizen and LEAN.
