Follow up purchase orders
Load notifications
Deal with shipping schedules & associated documentation
Exchange of documents with UK & European service providers
Follow up clearances and book deliveries
Update inhouse systems on purchase order progress, track& trace, container ETA and delivery dates
Book couriers
Process invoices and match to purchase orders
Update payment approvals
Essential criteria
