Duties:

• Monitor vehicles and ensure they are moved safely
• Coordinate order shipments, prepare documentation, and track deliveries.
• Answer incoming calls
• Check incoming transporter PODs
• Ensure customer portals are up to date
• Book in delivery requests

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues.
