Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £49,400 (Plus OT)
Location: Telford
Contract: Fulltime, Permanent
Shift 4 on 4 off (days and nights)

Duties of the Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Providing technical leadership to operations colleagues during shifts.
- Responding to breakdowns and changeovers, working a 4 on, 4 off schedules (days and nights).
- Supporting lead development engineers with continuous improvement and new product development activities.
- Taking ownership of your work and meeting deadlines with internal stakeholders and contractors.
The Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer will have:

- A flexible team player with great ideas, enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A mechanically qualified, time-served technician with a systems and control focus, and knowledge of electrical control wiring diagrams.
- Someone eager to learn new techniques and technologies, with PLC programming and fault diagnosis experience.
- Experience in the food or processing industry is a bonus, but not essential.
