We're looking for a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead our engineering team in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a skilled team of maintenance engineers to ensure optimal plant performance and reduce downtime.
- Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for all plant equipment.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to improve team performance and equipment uptime.
- Manage budgets and resources for maintenance projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

- Proven experience in a maintenance management role within industrial manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
