Candidates must have proven experience as a Site Manager in related fields, along with necessary certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure.
The position offers a competitive salary, and candidates should ideally have several years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of earthworks, muck shifting, and groundworks
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent leadership and communication skill
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
