- Strategy - Planning digital and traditional marketing campaigns, producing multi-channel content strategies (social media, PPC, SEO, etc.), running digital ad campaigns, developing multi-touch strategies to meet the objectives of client objectives, completing industry and competitor research.
- Content Creation: Researching topics and producing clear, easy to understand written briefs and copy for a range of different media from websites and literature to social media captions and video scripts.
- Client Management: Liaising with clients on active projects, supporting with idea generation and problem solving for upcoming projects, providing friendly yet professional customer service at all times.
- Project Management: Working with clients to identify their needs, oversee the delivery of key projects, brief creative teams and complete quality control to ensure work meets the brief and is completed in line with deadlines.
- Website Projects: Working with clients and internal teams to support the development and launch of client websites, including collation of media and content, completing user testing and providing support to teams and clients, where required.
- Proven experience working within a similar marketing role.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Suite.
- An understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing principles.
- Knowledge or experience of using WordPress is an advantage, but not essential.
- Previous agency experience is an advantage but not essential.
