Are you working as a Sales Administrator or a Marketing Coordinator and full of creative ideas? Do you want to be involved in new projects, company TikToks and events? Look no further!

This role is ideal for someone who wants to join a family feel company where they are heard as much as the directors. They offer progression opportunities, 33 days holiday and Christmas shutdown (no more fighting over Christmas Eve off!)

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring effective communication and action as required.
  • Plan, administer, and update social media posts to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • Generate and distribute informational and advertising email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with technical sales teams to create new images and videos for marketing purposes.
  • Regularly update the website with blog posts, new images, and other content.
  • Produce monthly quotes and sales statistics, highlighting open quotes for follow-up.
  • Input data related to quotes and sales orders into our SAP system, and manage sales and purchase processing.
  • Create formatted quotes for the sales team using Word.
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide support for exhibitions and other company events.
  • Assist in other areas of the company as needed to support overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and SAP systems is highly desirable
