Internal Sales and Social Media Coordinator

Day-to-day of the role:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring effective communication and action as required.
- Plan, administer, and update social media posts to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
- Generate and distribute informational and advertising email campaigns.
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to create new images and videos for marketing purposes.
- Regularly update the website with blog posts, new images, and other content.
- Produce monthly quotes and sales statistics, highlighting open quotes for follow-up.
- Input data related to quotes and sales orders into our SAP system, and manage sales and purchase processing.
- Create formatted quotes for the sales team using Word.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide support for exhibitions and other company events.
- Assist in other areas of the company as needed to support overall business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and SAP systems is highly desirable
