What You Will Do:

  • Spearhead the design and development process of systems, from concept to production, incorporating advanced technologies.

  • Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to optimise product designs for performance and manufacturability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities in the air filtration market.
  • Oversee prototyping and testing phases, ensuring products meet regulatory standards and customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reliability.

What You Will Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
  • A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly sheet metal construction.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a good foundation in electrical understanding of 3 phase machinery and equipment.
