Mechanical Design Engineer (Manufacturing)£40,000 - £42,000 + Industry Training + Company Bonus + Early Finish on a FridayTelford, ShropshireAre you a Mechanical Design engineer, looking to join a highly successful construction material manufacturer who will offer you industry specific training in a varied role where no two days are the same?Do you want to work on multiple projects simultaneously, alongside the existing design team of 4 who work closely together in a state-of-the-art factory, where you will see your designs come to fruition?In this role you will work closely with and be mentored by the highly skilled design team, who offer training and a fountain of knowledge. You will be responsible for working from briefs across a range of projects using Solid Edge, however previous experience using this software is not necessary.On offer is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative, market leading construction supplies manufacturer who work with a range of businesses globally. • Designing and developing new machines and products for the construction industry
• Working in a team of 4 to make changes to and increase the product range
• Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm with a 3pm finish on a Friday
• Using Solid Edge, previous experience with this software is not necessary

The Person

• Mechanical Design Engineer
• HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical Design Engineering or similar
