- Manage new or modified vehicle-component projects from concept to post-production, ensuring delivery meets timing, cost, and quality targets.
- Support NPI strategy implementation, maintain project budgets, and drive cost efficiency to improve profitability.
- Act as the key contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and strong collaboration.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies while demonstrating leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure KPIs for timing, cost, and quality are met.
- Degree in Engineering (preferred) with at least 3 years in Automotive Tier-1 or Tier-2, ideally in plastics manufacturing. A formal Project Management qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS-Project, APQP processes, Gateway Approvals, and strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage projects, risks, and KPIs, while effectively collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
