About the postion:
Take the lead in implementing a new CMMS system for an engineering store, shaping processes from the ground up and making a real impact. You will have the autonomy to manage how engineering spare parts are kept, and enjoy a scenic daily commute through the Shropshire countryside.
It's an interesting challenge, where you can really make your mark, as they're looking for someone who is either capable of working on ERP Systems and the implementation of them or someone who knows about working with Engineers and being able to correctly store their spare parts.

A focus on Health and Safety will also be essential, ensuring safe storage, handling, and retrieval of engineering components.
What you'll be doing:
Spare parts and refurbishment management (implementation of supporting systems and COSHH compliance). Tracking and reporting stores performance through CMMS, to include stock accuracy and turnover. Optimising Engineering stock spares holding in line with inventory management and criticality analysis (continuously improving spare part specs).
What you'll need:
- Your expertise in engineering spare parts will help optimise stock levels, ensuring critical components are always available.
- You'll know how to use ERP or CMMS systems.
- Store work/knowledge of working in stores.
