Shift – Rotating 12-hour shifts Day and Nights with every other weekend off....40 hours / week average with paid breaks.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and carry out routine scheduled and preventative maintenance work.
- Provide technical support to production staff and react quickly to breakdowns.
- Efficiently install electrical and mechanical machinery.
- Maintain documentation and log all breakdowns and servicing work.
- Work collaboratively on projects to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the highest standards of maintenance and support within the manufacturing site.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineering.
- A recognised certificate/qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance engineering
- Background as shift engineer or maintenance electrician or electrically biased maintenance engineer or multiskilled maitnenance technciain
Remuneration
- Competitive salary of 44 - 46K with scope to move up to £49K + overtime to boost earnings well over £50K
- Good level of holiday pay equivalent to 33 days off
- Very good pension offering, with a total of 8% contribution from the company
