Shift – Rotating 12-hour shifts Day and Nights with every other weekend off....40 hours / week average with paid breaks. 

What You Will Do:

  • Plan and carry out routine scheduled and preventative maintenance work.
  • Provide technical support to production staff and react quickly to breakdowns.
  • Efficiently install electrical and mechanical machinery.
  • Maintain documentation and log all breakdowns and servicing work.
  • Work collaboratively on projects to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure the highest standards of maintenance and support within the manufacturing site.

What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineering.
  • A recognised certificate/qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance engineering
  • Background as shift engineer or maintenance electrician or electrically biased maintenance engineer or multiskilled maitnenance technciain 

Remuneration

  • Competitive salary of 44 - 46K with scope to move up to £49K + overtime to boost earnings well over £50K
  • Good level of holiday pay equivalent to 33 days off
  • Very good pension offering, with a total of 8% contribution from the company
  • Access to pension advisor and occupation health specialists
