PA to the Directors | Charity | £26,489 - £28,078

Our client has a unique opportunity for a highly organised and efficient PA to join the team on a permanent basis with specific responsibility for providing high quality admin and organisational support to 2 board level directors.

You will be the key liaison point between the Board of Trustees and the Executive Leadership Team, dealing with a wide range of confidential communications assessing urgency and relevance. To be effective, you will need to be a great people person, motivated and an effective multi-tasker, with an excellent eye for detail.

No two days are the same in this role; you could be organising trustee meetings one week, arranging strategy days for the Executive team the next and also managing large events such as our long service awards.

Diary management is key as is the co-ordination and management of regular strategic meetings including the ability to take minutes, provide agendas and monitor papers.

About You:

The successful candidate will be an exceptional people person and a skilled administrator, ready to contribute to the smooth running of the leadership team and governance operations. You will be proactive in your approach to work, an enthusiastic team player with the ability to prioritise different and often competing demands.

To be successful in the role, you will need solid IT skills along with strong verbal, written and numeracy skills.Excellent planning and delivery skills are critical as is the ability to make effective decisions with an eye for detail.
