Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritising urgent matters.
  • Applying for jobs, and projects via jobserve, and Linkedin.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external contacts.
  • Creating reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Prepare regular reports on project plans and status reports.
  • Formulating spreadsheets and recording data.
  • Managing multiple calendars.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Preparing agendas.
  • Occasional Personal tasks.
  • Invoice management
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Requirements:

  • Certificate of higher education (Bachelors) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or demonstrate administrative experience.
  • Experience within HR and Accounts management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal checks including enhanced DBS required.
