**Electrical Fitters required in Telford, Shropshire**
We are proud to be working with a well established manufacturing business in Telford who are looking for 2 additional Electrical Fitters to join their busy manufacturing team.
The hiring manager is looking for people who hold a Full UK Driving license as there are opportunities available both in the Workshop, and out on the road working at various customer locations across the UK.
The working hours are day shifts Monday to Friday (45 hours per week), the starting hourly pay rate is between £12.50 - £13.50 per hour (annual salary around £30K), with future development and progression opportunities available, as well as overtime also being available and paid at premium rate once you've passed a probation period.
These roles would be a great fit for someone who has experience in Electrical Assembly, Electrical Fitting, Vehicle Fitting, Electrical Wiring, Auto Electrics or basic Panel Wiring.
Experience working with 12v systems is preferred.
**What You Will Do:**
- Repair electrical components ensuring the highest quality of work.
- Fault find across a range of automotive electrical systems.
- Service and repair vehicles contributing to the company's reputation for excellence.
- Work from engineer drawings translating them into effective solutions.
- Use hand and power tools daily maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
- Contribute to a team environment collaborating to meet production targets.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Proven experience in an Electrical Fitting / Electrical Assembly role within a workshop, garage, or manufacturing environment.
- A strong background working with vehicles, showcasing your ability to handle auto electrics.
- Competence in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- A commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
