The company: A leading UK manufacturer of packaging materials with international operations.
Main duties:To provide logistics support with shipping and courier documentation.
The Role:- To manage communication with couriers and clients and update as necessary- To complete and update shipping documentation and purchase orders- To manage and update courier track and trace information and communicate any delays with client- To ensure shipment loading is confirmed and complete necessary documentation- To update internal database with shipping information including Bill of Lading reference, container number and expected delivery date- To manage clearance documentation at the shipment destination- To update documents for payment approval
The Candidate:- Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role - Essential- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- IT literateSalary: circa £25,500 per annum
